  • Linda Ann Smith-McIntosh, owner of Studio A B See,  is a full-time multi-media artist/educator with over 40 years teaching experience in public and private settings. Her workspace, Studio A B See, is located near Tulsa, OK.   She earned Bachelor and Master degrees from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, the national home of two Native American tribes, and Smith’s works often reflect this Native American influence.  She studied art therapy at Emporia State University and writing at University of Oklahoma.  A  lifetime learner, she continues her education through extensive travel and self-guided studies in museums and galleries throughout the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean. Her present focus is on reclaiming discarded trash and using it as a substrate for acrylic paintings of wildlife that she imagines “should be” in the landscape instead of the abandoned debris.  She has designed countless murals, designs, and logos for schools, sports organizations, and educational groups.  Smith is a Video Creator Design Team Leader for ColourArte, a Helping Artist for DecoArt, a Designer for Paverpol products, a published author, and a member of Tulsa Night Writers, Oklahoma Writers’ Federation, Living Arts of Tulsa, and Zaller Art Society.  She is currently working with other area artists to form a local art alliance to bring art awareness to her hometown community.

Lyndi Welch, a friendly face at the studio, is frequently here to lend a helping hand.  She has turned a craft workshop into a work of art, inventing her own new designs daily.  She creates baskets and ornaments from newspapers!  Lyndi teaches seasonal workshops about the art of newspaper raffia weaving.  Set up an appointment with Lyndi if you wish to learn this inexpensive recycling craft!

Richard Toler is an accomplished leather craftsman who has made projects for many famous names including Roy Clark, Cindy Lauper, and George Strait.  He has over 100 copyrights on his original leather designs.  He uses a methodical approach to teach the basics of leather tooling.  Most students opt to enroll in his advanced classes after they make three projects with him in his beginning class.

Debra Parkhurst, owner of Deb's Cake Dreams,

will whip up the sweetest desserts for your party, wedding, picnic,
